  • 9:30am: Participants arrive, on-day registrations open
  • 10:30am: Walk commences
  • 12:00pm: Complimentary BBQ for all walk participants

Free - Children 12 years and under (still need to register)
$10 - Individual
$50 - For a Team of 10

Route
The Big Red Kidney Walk in Sydney will feature an easy 2.5km walk through the picturesque Darling Harbour surrounds over the Pyrmont Bridge and concludes with a family fun day at Tumbalong Park.

How to get there:
The meeting point for the Big Red Kidney Walk is Tumbalong Park in Darling Harbour.

By train:
Tumbalong Park is easy to get to with the closest train station at Town Hall and many buses travelling down Market, Park, Druitt, Bathurst or Liverpool Streets.

By light rail:
Paddy's Market light rail station is closest light rail station.

Parking:
Darling Quarter conveniently offers parking accessible from Harbour Street.

By ferry:
You can catch a ferry to Darling Harbour by alighting at King Street Wharf or Pyrmont Bay Wharf. For additional information on all forms of transportation, please visit: http://www.darlingquarter.com/gettingthere/

Dogs
Dogs are welcome on the route, but must be on a 2 meter lead and well supervised by their owner (including picking up after them). Kidney Health Australia will not take responsibility for any dogs at the event.

Post-walk celebration
After the walk concludes, Kidney Health Australia will hold a complimentary BBQ for walk participants. The event will include a sausage sizzle, live band and entertainment for the whole family. Some seating will be provided, but walkers are welcome to bring their own chairs or picnic blankets.
